Madrigal-Bayot Development Corp. or MBDC is an affiliate of the Madrigal Bayot Group of Companies (MBGC) which engages in property development. Its affiliates include Josue Corporation, JM Investment Corp., SVF Corporation, SVJ Corporation, Sance Properties Inc., Subuju Inc., Primera Mary Ann Corporation and Madbay Holdings. MBGC owns several properties spread over in Manila, Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Binangonan, Antipolo, Cebu and Makati City.
MBGC's engagement in real estate includes:
* Madrigal Business Park - a sprawling commercial development located in Alabang.
* Susana Heights - Suburban development in the south of Metro Manila.
* Corinthian Gardens - an exclusive residential development in Quezon City.
* Ayala Alabang Village - an exlusive and premier residential development in the south.
MBGC also owns several office condominiums in the Metro Manila area.
The Madrigal Bayot Group of Companies has had interests in a number of Philippine Industries such as Rizal Cement and Solid Cement Corporation and Solid Bank Corporation. Major Stockholder is Francisco Madrigal Bayot Jr., a descendant of Don Vicente Madrigal whose business portfolio include coal, oil, cement, shipping, banking and real estate just to name a few.
Present interests of Francisco Madrigal Bayot Jr. include Alabang Commercial Corporation which owns the Alabang Town Center, a shopping center in Muntinlupa with approximately 17.5 hectares established in 1982 and Bell Telecommunications Phil. Inc. established in 1993 which is engaged in telecommunication services.
The Madrigal Bayot Development Corporation Directors (MBDC) are Francisco M. Bayot Jr., Susana B. Ortigas, Ma. Lourdes M. Nicandro, Arch. Wilbert Tan, Atty. Jose Leynes and Francisco T. Bayot III.
